I've been fortunate enough to work with Kate on numerous occasions in the past and I couldn't recommend this experience enough. I have benefitted from both direct 1 to 1 coaching as well as high performance team coaching, both as a member and as a leader of teams. Kate's engaging, expert and empathetic style gets the most out of any type of coaching session, working effortlessly (or at least it appears that way!) to an aligned set of objectives. It's fair to say that every coaching experience I have had with Kate has exceeded my expectations.
