Yoga is a practice that connects the body, breath and mind. We focus on creating harmony between the mind and body,
advocating gentle movement over rigid postures. Becky at Byoga provides options and so our workshops are suited for all levels.
Perfect for beginners as well as seasoned yogis.

Breathwork
As you breathe you bring oxygen into your body so you can thrive. When you're physically or emotionally stressed, it affects how you breath. Breathwork helps to calm the levels of stress, releasing toxins when you breathe out and nourishing your mind and body when breathing in. Learn different techniques and practices to calm the nervous system and bring balance and harmony.

Reflection
Self reflection is taking time to look inwards, to examine your thoughts and feelings and evaluate your attitudes, motivations and desires. It's a deeper form of learning that allows you to tap into and retain every aspect of an experience
and decide what you want for the future. We'll create the perfect space for you to reflect, journal your thoughts, improve self awareness and gain meaningful insights. You'll have opportunity to experience self directed coaching and guided visualisation to help bring your goals and dreams alive.

Yoga Nidra
Often called yogic sleep, yoga nidra allows the body to enter a deep state of relaxation. It's an ancient meditation technique where your mind can completely let go and rest and your body enters a healing state. Brain waves change form beta waves which prevail during wakeful states to calmer alpha, delta and theta waves. Benefits: rejuvenates the body, reduces stress, increases concentration and improves memory. You'll be gently guided into this blissful state and reap the wonderful benefits.

Relaxation
A time for deep rest and to unplug yourself from your 'to do' list. Deep rest enhances our mood, improves decision making and creativity, lowers the risk of stress, anxiety and heart related issues, boosts our immunity and improves our resilience.
